🌬️Connected Breathwork

Your breath never lies.

While our minds can tell stories, our breath often reveals how we are truly doing. When we've lived with prolonged stress, grief or a lack of safety, our bodies adapt. We begin to hold back, protect ourselves or stay constantly alert, often without even realising it.

During a breathwork session, you invite your body to relax again, regulate your nervous system and release what it no longer needs to hold onto. Not by forcing anything, but by listening.

I guide you in a safe, supportive space where your body is free to reveal, at its own pace, whatever is asking for attention. Sometimes this brings deep relaxation. Sometimes emotions, memories or insights naturally arise. Other times you simply experience more spaciousness, vitality and a deeper connection with yourself.

Where appropriate, I integrate Reiki as a gentle support for your body's natural healing process and nervous system regulation.

No two sessions are ever the same, because no two people are the same.

Rather than following a fixed protocol, I tailor every session to you, your body and whatever is present in the moment.

What happens during a session?

During a Connected Breathwork session, you breathe continuously for a period of time without pausing between the inhale and the exhale. This creates movement within the body. You may experience tingling, warmth or shifts in sensation.

Emotions that have been held for a long time may gently surface. Sometimes it may seem as though very little is happening, while deep processes are unfolding beneath

What can breathwork bring you?

You may notice that you're able to relax more deeply. That emotions finally have space to move. That you spend less time in your head. That your body begins to feel safe again. That your breath literally creates more space within you.

What can you expect afterwards?

The process often continues after the session has ended. Some people feel light, peaceful and energised. Others feel tired and need extra rest. You may notice stronger emotions, vivid dreams or find that certain insights suddenly fall into place. Whatever arises is welcome. Your body integrates everything at its own pace. You may enjoy journaling, drawing or taking a quiet walk afterwards. Above all, give yourself time to gently let everything settle.

    My Own Experience

The first few times, very little happened for me because my mind—my control centre—found it difficult to let go. During group breathwork sessions, I often didn't feel safe enough to fully surrender because of the intense sounds and emotions of the people around me. That's one of the reasons I love working one-on-one. All the attention can go to your process, making it much easier to settle into your body.

With time, gentleness, love and patience, that gradually changed. Where I initially spent most sessions lying still, experiencing sadness, cold, tension and moments of bliss—while constantly wondering whether I was breathing "the right way" or deeply enough—my body now tells entire stories during a session. Stories about the past, but also about the present.

Nowadays, it often takes only a few calm breaths for me to enter that deep state of awareness where my body naturally takes the lead. Along the way, I discovered another old survival pattern: I believed I had to work hard. Even while breathing. The solution turned out to be surprisingly simple.

    Gentleness. Space. Relaxation.

Breathwork has given me a much deeper awareness of my body. A stronger connection with my inner child. A deeper connection with my own strength, and with the wisdom that had been living inside my body all along.

Whatever your experience may be, there is nothing you need to force. Your body has nothing to prove. Maybe very little will happen during your first session. Maybe a lot. Trust that your body will reveal exactly what it is ready for in that moment.

Perhaps that is the greatest gift of breathwork: not that you learn to add anything, but that, little by little, you learn to trust the wisdom of your own body again. ❤️

"My breathwork session with Jacqueline was a special and valuable experience. Contrary to my own expectations, I was quickly able to fully surrender to the process, which led to a deep and intense experience. This was partly due to Jacqueline's loving guidance, which gave me a strong sense of safety. She took the time before, during, and after the session, making me feel truly at ease and seen. I would recommend her to anyone."

"Personally, I find it difficult to be vulnerable; around others, I often feel guarded and tense. Jacqueline managed to create a safe environment where I could let my defenses down. Through breathwork, I connected with a side of myself I hadn't experienced before, leading to an incredibly liberating emotional release. Jacqueline’s gentle and attentive approach was deeply reassuring and brought immense relief. I was left with a sense of deep peace and unity, feeling that—through her—I had found a great deal of grounding and wisdom within myself."

"I had a truly beautiful breathwork session with Jacqueline that was held with so much care and gentleness. From the moment it began I felt safe, supported and fully welcomed as I am.
The space was held with such presence that I could relax deeply into the process, allowing my breath to guide me into layers of emotion I hadn’t touched in quite some time. I tapped into deep feelings, releasing and opening in a way that felt both powerful and nourishing. I left the session more connected to my body, softer in my heart, and grateful for the depth of this experience."

"The breath is the bridge between tension and relaxation, between head and heart, between surviving and truly living. Change your breath, change your life."
