✨Understanding patterns, relationships and family systems
Sometimes it feels as though life keeps repeating the same lessons.
You meet the same people wearing different faces. You find yourself in relationships where you lose yourself again. You try even harder to make things work. Not because there is something wrong with you, but because life may be trying to show you something.
I believe that every person carries not only a history, but also a direction. We are shaped by our past, our family, generational trauma, and the experiences we gather along the way. At the same time, I believe life continually invites us to move closer to who we truly are.
When I experienced my first Family Constellation, something profound happened. For the first time, I no longer saw my life as a collection of separate events, but as part of a much bigger story. I began to understand how invisible loyalties shape our lives, how trauma can echo through generations, and how we often remain unconsciously loyal to our family system—even when it comes at the expense of ourselves.
Not because anyone is to blame, but because every system is constantly trying to restore balance.
Since then, I have looked at people differently. When someone sits across from me, I don't only see the challenge they bring. I'm curious about the story beneath it. What beliefs have you been carrying for most of your life? What role did you once take on within your family? Who might you still be taking care of, without even realising it?
And what happens...
...when you finally take your own place?
In my sessions, I love exploring the deeper layers beneath your story. Where appropriate, I draw on systemic coaching, Family Constellations, astrology, Human Design and archetypes. Not to tell you who you are, but to make visible what may have been influencing your life for years without you even realising it. I don't see these as absolute truths, but as different perspectives that can help us understand ourselves more deeply. Sometimes everything changes when something that has remained hidden for years is finally allowed to be seen.
For me, personal growth is not about changing who you are. It is about understanding more clearly what truly belongs to you—and what you may have been carrying for others without even knowing it. That is often where more freedom, gentleness and choice begin.
My Own Experience
For years, I believed I was the problem.
Only when I found the courage to explore my family history did I realise there had never been anything wrong with me. I had simply been carrying stories that were never mine to begin with.
Slowly, I began to see how invisible loyalties can shape our lives. How trauma can echo through generations. And how love and pain often exist side by side. We cannot change where we come from, but we can become conscious of what we carry—and choose what we want to pass on to the next generation.
Over time, I also came to understand that people don't stop feeling because they want to. They stop feeling because, at some point, feeling became too painful. Yet everything that remains unseen, unfelt or unspoken has a way of living on—until someone is willing to face it with compassion.
Perhaps that is the greatest gift of systemic work. Not that it changes your family, but that it changes the way you see yourself and your place within it.
Because when you finally take your rightful place, no one else has to carry it for you.
